On Bluetooth-supported controllers, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the face of the controller. On controllers without Bluetooth, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the top, where the bumpers are.
Press the Sync button on the wireless dongle for Xbox One controllers connected to your computer. Turn your Xbox One controller off. Press the Windows Logo key + R to open a Run dialog. Fix: Xbox One Controller Disconnecting.
