When I heard the GB guys talk about this game on one of the bombcasts i could not help and raise and eyebrow and think 'Wait, this game sounds like something that I have played before', and now after seeing screenshots of it i know why.
The Facebook game has been out for a few months now, still in Alpha stage but if you want it on the PC and you got a Facebook account then here is your chance.
